The receptionist attitude was acceptable. They provided directions adequately.
My 'superior double room' was far from soundproof. street noise prevented proper rest and it affected sleep quality. also, i expect a functional hairdryer. The one in my bathroom was broken. i had to request a replacement.

the location provided easy access to many restaurants nearby. it was also a short walk to the beach. the staff were very nice and helpful.
the scaffolding being unloaded early in the morning created noise disturbance.

The location was excellent (close to the beach!) and many dining options were nearby. the reception staff were really friendly and helpful. They promptly assisted with all requests.
